Library Lessons - Back to School Library Orientation for Two Weeks!

Everything you need for the first two weeks of classes in the library! Includres read alouds, step by step directions for how to model library expectations and check out directions. All ideas come from my ten plus years of experience in the elementary library. Trust me when I say that these things work!

Please note: The read aloud titles are different for each grade but the orientation activities are the SAME for all grade levels K-5. You are not receiving six different orientation lessons. You are receiving ONE lesson for Week 1 for K-5, and ONE lesson for Week 2 for K-5.

IMPORTANT: NONE of these picture book titles and activities are from my FULL YEAR LIBRARY CURRICULUM, except one title. The curriculum has different lessons for orientation and book care.

Format:

• All fully editable PowerPoint™ with no fonts needed

To add this to your Google Drive™:
