A PowerPoint version has been added IN ADDITION to the Editable PDF. There are two new PowerPoints: one with all of the short-term sub binder pages and another with all of the long-term sub binder pages. The PowerPoint versions allow you to rearrange, duplicate, and delete pages! This means it is also perfect to submit digitally as needed as well since you can delete all the instructions as well as dividers and tabs. Instructions to create a digital sub binder from the document are also included in this version.

To use the PowerPoint version, you will need to download TWO fonts. Directions and links are included! If you prefer the original editable PDF with fonts embedded, that is included as well. You have the option to choose! :)

Please note that you will need PowerPoint in order to access the most up-to-date version of the substitute binders! You will also need two fonts if you want the text that you type to match the rest of the sub binder. The fonts are free and directions are included within the resource. :) If you don't have PowerPoint, want a digital option, or use a Chromebook as your main device, you may want to grab the sub binders in the new Google Slides format here.

EDITABLE Classroom Tour PowerPoint

Your classroom tour will give your long term sub a great visual of the classroom so they can see the layout. It will also show them exactly how everything is organized and where important things are located. It's also a great way to explain any routines with pictures! I made this fully customizable so you can change the headers and add whatever photos you’d like.

EDITABLE Student Profiles PowerPoint

These student profiles are a great way for your long term sub to get to know your students quickly! These student profiles will help your sub match names to faces (to learn students’ names quickly!) as well as be able to jump right in and help meet their needs. Each profile includes the student name, picture, academic info, behavior info, and tips for success! There are two student profiles to a page which gives you enough room to write what you need to about each child, but also makes it so it won’t take up too much space in your binder.
