So much fun! My students love any sort of theater readings. This was engaging and really helped students connect the dots in the case. We had great class discussion afterwards too.
Some of my students were struggling with this court case, I think Marshall changing jobs but still being involved messed them up. Anyway, this was a great way to go over it but would also would be a good introduction to the case.
