Math Workshop - Guided Math EDITABLE Lesson Plan Template

Do you teach math workshop in your classroom? There are times that whole group math works and there are times that it does NOT work with students. I have found that certain topics in math have a much larger variety of math abilities, which means that I need to split my students into ability-based groups. I use guided math lessons to make sure I'm catering my lessons to 5-6 students at a time. In order to manage these small group math lessons, I use this EDITABLE template to plan my lessons.

UPDATE 9/12/21:

This download is now a compressed folder that includes TWO EDITABLE PDFs. Version 1 is a single sheet lesson plan template with boxes that you can type into, but the headers are not editable. Version 2 is a single sheet lesson plan template with boxes that you can type into and the headers are editable. You will find my product cover and terms of use are separate files in this compressed folder, as well.

UPDATE 1/6/20:

This template is now an EDITABLE PDF FILE. Click in the first box and begin typing. Click the "tab" key on your keyboard to hop from box to box, so you can continually type your lesson plan. Please note, this template can also be printed with empty boxes if you prefer to handwrite your lesson plans.
