What educators are saying

I really liked this worksheet, It was a great test for the students to check for their understanding
I used this activity as a closing piece after introducing transformations on exponential functions. It was quick and easy. I printed both versions and distributed them so that students had to work independently. It worked well as a quick wrap up.

Description

✤ This maze is part of : Maze - BUNDLE Exponential Functions

✤ This maze is part of : Maze - MEGA BUNDLE on Exponential and Logarithmic Functions

✐ This product is a good review of "Transformation of Exponential Functions" where an Exponential Parent Function is given (with any base) with a description of a specific transformation. Student would need to apply such description to the parent and find the notation of the new function.

This activity focuses on these transformations:

❖ Reflection Across the x-axis

❖ Vertical Stretching and Compression

❖ Vertical and horizontal translation

The maze consists of 19 questions. Students would have to complete 17 of the 19 to reach the end.

Please, take a look at the preview before purchasing to make sure that this maze meets your expectations. After seeing the preview, If you would like to modify the maze in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me via Q and A.

✰ ✰ ✰ My students truly were ENGAGED answering this maze much better than the textbook problems. They complete it in class as a bell work.✰ ✰ ✰

This maze could be used as: a way to check for understanding, a review, recap of the lesson, pair-share, cooperative learning, exit ticket, entrance ticket, homework, individual practice, when you have time left at the end of a period, beginning of the period (as a warm up or bell work), before a quiz on the topic, and more.
