About the Measurement Conversion of the Day Resource
In this measurement resource, you will find a variety of printables for practicing measurement conversions.
The resource is divided into three sections:
- Whole Number Conversions - 12 pages
- Conversions with Fractional Amounts - 7 pages
- Conversions with Decimal Amounts - 6 pages
Each measurement conversion practice page contains table conversions for the students to complete and/or fill-in-the-blank equivalency conversions.
Each page also includes two real-world measurement conversion problems that require the students to convert measurements within the problems.
There are 25 total measurement conversion printables. If you use one printable a day, you will have 5 weeks of measurement conversion review.
Another option is to use 1-2 printables a week. The students could work through the top half one day and the bottom half another day. The resource is flexible to meet your needs.
You may also wish to only use the whole number conversions with your entire class and the fractional/decimal conversions for enrichment.
These measurement conversion practice printables would be great for independent work, morning work, homework, math center, etc!
***This measurement resource only deals with converting within one measurement system. (i.e. standard unit to another standard unit). There is no converting among the standard and metric units, just within one system.
