Mental Health Awareness Lesson With Discussion Questions & Activities
What educators are saying
Description
Mental health can be hard for kids to understand. This lesson will help K-2 students learn about what it is, and how they can take care of their minds.
The lesson includes an interactive chart that will help students better understand mental health by comparing it to a more familiar concept - physical health.
Then, students will complete a short booklet about how they support their own mental health.
