This is a set of four crossword puzzles incorporating over 50 different literary terms every middle school student should know. The crossword has the students match brief definitions of the literary devices with the terminology itself.

There is a word bank provided at the bottom of each puzzle, which you may choose to cover-up if you want the puzzle to be much more challenging.

Useful as a review tool during the course of any middle school language arts class.
