Description
Introducing mindfulness to young students is crucial for developing healthy coping skills! Mindful breathing exercises are great ways to show your little ones how to calm down racing thoughts and slow down racing hearts. These Seasonal Breathing exercises are great for educators, parents and anyone who works with children to have on hand as a coping tool for regulation, and for self care! I personally love to use these in my Calm Down Station and during transitions for my younger students to help refocus, calm down, and regulate. I also use these during Morning Meetings to get the day started on a positive and mindful note!
