The Mindfulness Bulletin Board is for school counselors, school psychologists, teachers, or ANYONE wanting to promote mental health, self-care, and stress management in their school setting. Includes 8 student takeaways and mindfulness ideas for middle or high school students to take back to class with them. It is a complete 30 page, downloadable PDF packet to print out and put together a pre-packaged bulletin board! This set includes everything you see in the cover picture and previews: title letters for "choose MINDFULNESS" with options for bigger "choose" letters or all on one page, 8 different coping skills, take-away pamphlets (2 per page for easy cutting) for quick access for students, 6 different colorful "Dot Dudes" to add where you'd like on your board.
A page of QR codes is included to add a "hands-free" option to your bulletin board. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera app, and it will bring you (or your stakeholders) to the virtual option to view the pamphlets instead of having to touch and take them away from the bulletin board!
