Teach students mindfulness to improve their focus and attention skills with these guided meditations. Mindfulness exercises with guided visualizations and imagery are great for helping students focus before starting their school day.
These meditations include body scanning, progressive muscle relaxation, and awareness exercises to help students improve their focus and attention skills. The mindfulness exercises can be used with an entire class, with a small group, or individually. They are perfect for school counseling and special education students as well. Students can listen to the audio mp3 version or you can read aloud the mindfulness scripts to them.
