Mixtures and Solutions Activity Kit is a fun, interactive way for students to learn about science! Make learning without a textbook motivating and exciting for students!

Included in this kit you will find:
-Mixtures and Solutions Activity Kit Menu (keeps students’ independent learning focused with 6 activity choices)
-Mixtures and Solutions Card Sort
-Mixtures and Solutions Pamphlet (copy back to back to create pamphlet for recording research)
-Design An Experiment Directions Card and Lab Write-Up Sheets
-Mixtures and Solutions: Write a Poem or a Song Directions Card
-Design and Mixtures and/or Solutions Poster
-Mixtures and Solutions Lab: students complete a lab and a write-up (2 labs included)

Prep for the kit is easy: copy a class set of menus, Mixtures and Solutions Pamphlet pages, Lab Write-Up Sheets, and Mixtures and Solutions Sort (recording sheet). Print and laminate all direction cards and labs. Place books (from your library), copies, direction cards and lab materials in a bin or a bag for student access. Students can work independently or in small groups for science enrichment! One kit can last 3 days or a whole week, depending on how much time you have.
