This was a great little project to add to my optical illusions unit. It also looks great on a bulleting board with all the other optical illusions as it gives a 3D look. Next year, I may make the squares even larger.
I used these last year with my art class and the kids loved creating their op-art cubes. It saved me time in creating a lesson from scratch as well.

Description

A great art project made from simple materials found in almost any art room! Students will learn about the Op Art movement of the 1960s. They will then create their own "Op Art Cubes" using paper, and Sharpie markers.
