Description
ORANGE SHIRT DAY - EVERY CHILD MATTERS | SEPT 30TH COLOURING SHEETS
In Canada, on September 30th we wear orange shirts to remember and honour Indigenous children who were taken from their homes and sent to residential schools. This colouring pack includes 5 t-shirts for your students to colour in for Orange Shirt Day. One shirt is a blank design for your students to create their own designs. These t-shirts work as a great follow up activity for younger learners after learning about why orange t-shirts are worn on September 30th each year. Children can cut out their t-shirts for a bulletin board or keep as a worksheet.
