PAL Log Sheet

If your high school has an organization like PAL (Peer Assistance & Learning), this is a log sheet for them to use for documentation. We realized this year that a PAL needs to work with the child. We usually pick students who need a positive role model or who are timid/shy. Sometimes we find the PAL shooting hoops with the student. This would be acceptable for the end of the month if the student earned it. It would also be a good opportunity to teach sportsmanship and reteach rules of the game. Neither of these are taking place. None the less, this is what inspired this log sheet.
