Goal setting interviews made easy!
Fill in the detail prior to or during the interview/conference. Print out a copy for each student and complete the form.
Working together with students and parents to identify goals in Writing, Reading, Maths and Other. You can also use the 'Other' section for general comments or notes from the interview.
The template can also be given to parents and students at the end of the interview to summarise everything that was covered.
