There are 10 target words/pictures and an individual record form for each process (except for gliding and vowelization, which are together). There are two options - the ten stimulus items with pictures only, or the ten stimulus items with the target words next to them (which also includes phrase and sentence options).
There are a total of 5 pages per process (except for gliding/vowelization), along with an overall screening record form, a blank record form, and explanation of the phonological processes and words included.
The entire product is in black and white, so no color ink is necessary!
