What educators are saying

I did this with 3rd graders instead of the reading curriculum's lessons on theme. My students LOVED watching the videos and it was so easy to go through theme. I did have to alter the lessons since they are younger but it worked well!
I used to use the Disney shorts to teach plot structure. These slides are really professional and quick and easy to use.

Students watch the film directly from their slides and work through all of the fun activities.

Film Synopsis: A cute puppy, Joy, scuffles with an ornery Heron when the bird tries to steal her owner's fishing worms. But a beautiful theme emerges when Joy learns that Heron is only trying to feed her hungry babies. Joy has a change of heart and learns not to judge without understanding.
