Description

Includes 32 task cards with self-checking QR codes that go through the hundred millions place. Rounding, comparing, ordering, and number forms are covered. A student response sheet and regular answer key are included, as well as a one-page (6 question) quick assessment. I recently upgraded all of my math task cards to include a digital, self-grading version of the quick assessment using Google Forms™!

Simply cut out and laminate the cards and place in a center with a device that can read QR codes (iPod Touch, iPad, tablet, or laptop/desktop with a camera). Students get immediate feedback when they scan the QR codes.

These task cards are aligned to the following Common Core State Standards: 3.NBT.1, 4.NBT.1, 4.NBT.2 & 4.NBT.3.

These task cards are also available in a Non-QR Code Version and a Digital/Paperless Version

Recognize that in a multi-digit whole number, a digit in one place represents ten times what it represents in the place to its right. For example, recognize that 700 ÷ 70 = 10 by applying concepts of place value and division.
Read and write multi-digit whole numbers using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form. Compare two multi-digit numbers based on meanings of the digits in each place, using >, =, and < symbols to record the results of comparisons.
