What educators are saying

My students loved this resource! It helped them master the skills we were covering in the unit. Thank you!
We loved it! Great resource! I have a collaborative classroom and every student was able complete the activity with little help!

Description

I think any sort of activity that teaches kindness is a must in an elementary classroom. I typically do a unit on "random acts of kindness" during the time after Thanksgiving Break and before Christmas Break. This year I decided to pair my unit with an "Elf on the Shelf." Please note - This activity does NOT have to be done with an elf on the shelf. It will work with or without one. I have included a sample of the letter that I gave to my kids when our elf arrived. Our elf hangs around each day (not third pic in the preview) and delivers our RAK for the day. It is very low maintenance but still very meaningful. :)
