Recharge Initiative: Intervention Program for Special Education Students

Program Mission: Provide early scholastic intervention during 9th and 10th grade for students with IEP’s to provide them with the tools to be self-sufficient scholars as they approach the realm of upperclassmen.

Program Objectives: RPWBAT offer tutoring services to students who are in need of supplemental instruction to improve their success.
RPWBAT hold academic workshops and group study sessions that will enhance prior knowledge and reinforce learning strategies.
RPWBAT introduce students to scholarly practices that will assist them in meeting the expectations of their instructors, future professors and employers.
RPWBAT use holistic student data (attendance, behavior, and content mastery) to drive what support will look like on an individual basis to ensure students are setup for success.

Program Usage: Grant Proposal, Study Skills, Self-Help Skills, Tutoring, Across Grade Levels, Administrators, Student Support, Teachers, School Coordinators
