What educators are saying

This was an independent, engaging activity for newcomers. The hands-on activity helped to show what the students know and what needs to be learned.

Description

Seasons and weather sorting activities. Identify objects, weather, and activities by season. Cut and paste graphics into appropriate seasons boxes (winter, spring, summer, autumn). Activities include differentiated sorting levels, writing/drawing graphic organizers and leveled essay forms. Use as an initial assessment tool, or use for review during centers activities.

Works great as an activity for substitute coverage. No prep, just print what you need, and then supply the scissors and glue. The students will do the rest!
