These journals are the perfect complement to the guided math series for second grade. I use them as an independent center choice during rotations.

Students can do these activities independently during math stations, or you can do this whole group in more of a teaching format. If your math block has small group, some of these would make great small group lessons for students that need more practice or more visuals with a concept.

This is volume 2 out of 9. It has a place value focus, but is also spiral review of second grade standards at the second month of school.
