**This lesson re-vamped as of June, 2022**
This 2-3 day lesson teaches about four ways to segment the market--Geographic, Demographic, Psychographic, and Behavioral. Using colorful graphics and examples, the included PowerPoint will hold student attention as they learn about these different ways to segment the market.
This file includes three different ways to teach the concepts. First a PowerPoint/Google Slides version, where the teacher presents to the class using presentation software. Second, a Nearpod version, which includes the same slides but also interactive activities that students can do. A free Nearpod account is required, and the ability to edit is possible. And third, a video of the entire lecture (90 minutes) where absent or online students can watch and learn from home.
Two types of notes are also included--a graphic organizer where students can take colorful notes about each of the four types of segmentation. And also a Google Docs worksheet where students insert examples and answer questions about what they have learned.
Finally, there are two quizzes included. One uses Class Tools, which is a link anyone can access. The other is a Socrative quiz, which requires a free Socrative account to run.
