Self-Injury / Self-Harm / Cutting information for students and parents

I had difficulty finding a resource for families about self-injury. Most of what I could find was difficult to read and generally negative - I wanted something I could send home to parents and families after I talked to them in order to help them understand self-harm and know the steps they should take to help their students feel better and get the assistance they need.
