What educators are saying

My students are really engaged with this map. They LOVE filling it out! It's probably the best resource I have for the podcast. I also appreciated the different formats available for different student needs. And of course, the answers!!!
This was a bit overwhelming for my first time through, but in the end, I realize I will use it differently next year. My students found it helpful, overall, and they made a few suggestions on reviewing it as we go through the episodes. Ultimately, I am happy to have this as a resource.

Description

Already have your unit set up for students to listen to and analyzed Season 1 of the Serial podcast? Just need something to keep all the people straight?

This document includes a the main people, and their connections, from Season 1 of Serial in three formats: just names with areas to write information, just information with spaces to fill in the names, and a completed map.

Use as a class, individually, or in groups.

Sized for 11 x 17 paper, though it could be made larger.

A colleague wanted help converting one of the helpful resources available at the serialpodcast.org website into something that she could more easily use with her students. After all the work, it seemed worth offering to others.
