Shape Poetry and Makes Me Think Poetry Formats

This product contains TWO NO Prep poetry formats to use in your classroom -- Shape Poetry and Makes Me Think of Poetry. This product provides so much flexibility with how you create the poems.

*You can use the included blacklines to plan the poem (rough draft) and then write the poem directly on a blank page and decorate with appropriate images and pictures (see examples on the cover).

*You can also write the poem directly on the blacklines and then decorate those with pictures and images related to the poem (see example on the cover).

*You can also write the poem directly on the blacklines and then add a blank page to create pictures and images to match your poem.

*Three different page formats are provided for each poem.

*Shape poetry is fun to use when learning about Geometry and 3D and 2D shapes. These poems allow you to link the real life objects to the shape they are created from.

*Makes Me Think poetry is great for personal reflections and sharing. It is a great way to kick off the celebrating a new season or event. It is also a way to show connections that are being made between two things or ideas.
