What educators are saying
Description
American sign language is a visual means of communication typically used by individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. However, there are many other benefits to learning and teaching basic signs to your children or students. ASL provides children with a multisensory approach to language acquisition. Children who can communicate their wants and needs are less likely to engage in challenging behavior.
