Social Emotional Learning and Mindfulness Bundle

Teaching our students to be mindful leads to self-regulation and independence. These resources will help students to learn about self-awareness, self-regulation, critical thinking and how they learn, and how they can put all of that into a passion project.

Mindful Brains is a detailed unit outlining how to begin teaching students all about themselves and their brains. It includes lessons, printables and photos.

Train Your Brain is an extension to Mindful Brains. It is a set of task cards, smart bookmarks that send a message (making mistakes is okay) posters and journal prompts that stretch your students' thinking skills.

Finally, Passion Projects is a starter kit for those wanting to explore the world of passion projects (genius hour). Included is a basic outline of procedures to get you going along with photos and printables.
