What educators are saying

Both my students and I loved these mysteries! They were great to use for a variety of language skills including retell, context clues, and predicting/inferencing!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this resource and so do my students! For some reason, solving a mystery is much more fun than making inferences ;) My students were engaged and doing a great job of inferring in order to solve each mystery. I even had a student ask me if I had any more we could work on!

Each mystery has a page full of top secret information for the student to read through, and a corresponding worksheet to complete to help solve the mystery.

This resource also includes: a code name generator, pages of answers/explanations, and a top secret visual to create your own secret file.
