Description

This novel study and reading guide for the awarding winning WW2 novel, The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, comes with a variety of worksheets and graphic organizers for students to complete as they read.

This novel analysis is broken into 20 sections, with each section focusing on 25-30 pages of reading. (My novel studies are typically divided up into chapters, but due to the unique nature of Zusak's storytelling, this novel study is divided into sections that correspond with the book).

This Common Core aligned resource is perfect for whole group, small group, or individual reading instruction. It is also ideal for tutoring or homeschool education.

....And the fact that it is NO PREP makes it even better!

The Book Thief Reading Guide has been updated as of December 2022 to now include CCSS Alignments for grades 7-12.

UPDATED: August 2023 with a PDF version also included!
