What educators are saying

We are using the Bantam abridged version of this book so when I found this I was so grateful. The BEST PART about this resource is that it has answers for everything! It also has Biblical integration and is written for a Biblical Worldview. This was awesome! Thank you so much!

Description

A Christian Literature Studies' study guide for students in grades 9+ for reading The Count of Monte Cristo (abridged version) by Alexandre Dumas. The teacher guide is an exact duplicate of the student guide with answers overlaid in red text. These guides include comprehension questions, vocabulary, reading notes for historical context and foreign languages/phrases, Bible activities, map work, Literary Elements including situational and dramatic irony, essay starters and ideas, and a Plot Map. Included in the Teacher's Guide are some additional notes on converting francs to U.S. dollars and a suggested activity for creating a character map to keep track of the multitude of characters and how they relate to one another. This guide also includes 4 vocabulary quizzes of 10 words each and a final full-novel test.
