The Good Egg Lesson and Activities for Social Emotional Learning

Jory John’s “The Good Egg” is an awesome story with several themes that make it great for a whole group SEL lesson or guidance lesson, group counseling, or individual counseling sessions. This resource is a set of activities that companion wonderfully with the book. Activities cover the following objectives: understanding what is not their business/not in their control, taking care of themselves when they're stressed, and recognizing their own goodness.

• Whole or small group movement-based intro activity
