Timeline Project- Research a Decade in the 20th Century

2024: I have made the pack editable on Google Docs.

2023: I have updated the file with a new look. AND I have added new pages for your students to complete if you want them to do their own research.

2021: I have added a digital activity for Google Slides. (April 2020)

Your students will have a blast learning about timelines and the 20th century! Included in this pack are 11 information sheets full of events, pop culture, music, and events of each decade of the 20th century. (Decades included: 1900s-2000s.) Also included is a page to introduce the concept of timelines, a research page, a project guide, and rubrics.

When research is done, students can create an illustrated timeline and a digital presentation about their decade. They can dress like their decade and play a hit song from that time. The popular songs from the early 1900's will make them laugh!
