This 3rd Grade Word Problem Scavenger Hunt Activity includes 24 challenging two-step and multi-step word problem task cards for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Turning multi-step math word problems into a scavenger hunt makes practicing this skill fun for even the most reluctant learners.

As the teacher, you will place the word problem task cards in secret places around the room. Students will search for a card and solve the word problem on that card. Then, students will look around the room until they find the card showing that answer. At that point, they'll solve the word problem on that new card and start searching again. Students will love moving around the room trying to find their next two-step or multi-step word problem!
