I recommend setting a new SMART goal EACH QUARTER and checking back with them every Monday morning during class Warm-Ups.

Item #3: SMART GOAL REFLECTION

Use this worksheet to help students reflect on how far they have come in achieving their previously set S.M.A.R.T. Goals!

This worksheet includes:

Reflection on what worked, what did not work, how much they achieved, how they measured their progress, and whether or not their goal was met.

Students then either re-write their goal, extend the time allotted to reach their goal, or come up with an entirely new goal.

Once their new/revised goal is created, they reflect on resources, people, and information they will need to gather to reach this goal, along with two action items:

"How can my teacher help me reach my goal?"

and

"What can I do today to help me get closer to my goal?"
