Celebrate Valentine's Day and the month of February with reading!

This resource includes 2 passages and 16 comprehension questions. The fictional and informational, holiday-themed passages were written for middle school students. Each passage comes with a set of 8 questions (4 multiple choice and 4 open ended). The questions are aligned to 6th and 7th grade common core standards, emphasizing vocabulary, figurative language, inferences, main idea, text structure and theme..
