Description

This virtual field trip begins soon after you spot a polar bear in YOUR neighborhood. After taking a Polar Bear 101 class, you soon realize that polar bears live in the Arctic. As you help him find his way back to the North Pole, you learn about its geography, climate, landscape, animals, and shelter through educational videos, STEM activities, science experiments, crafts, and songs.

Check out the follow-up field trip, A Day in Antarctica, where you head to the opposite end of the Earth to learn about penguins and the continent surrounding the South Pole.

Use the 10 clickable Google Slides to display a fun Arctic backdrop that allows you to easily get to the video links. Two versions are included, one with Youtube links and the other with VideoLinks that eliminate ads.
