Volume is a tricky skill for students to master! Use this resource to give regular and contains consistent practice with the different skills related to Volume of Right Rectangular Prisms.

About the Volume Review Printables

This pack contains 20 weekly printables ready to use to help reinforce key volume skills.

The first 13 printables contain whole numbers only, and the last 7 contain decimals. This resource does not include any fractional amounts.

About the Volume Questions

Each day, the students complete one quick task pertaining to volume. Here are the daily tasks:

  • Monday: Determine the volume of a regular prism composed of unit cubes.

  • Tuesday: Determine the volume of an irregularprism composed of unit cubes.

  • Wednesday: Determine the volume of a right rectangular prism from a picture using the given dimensions.

  • Thursday: Solve a word problem containing a volume skill. (Variety of problems. Examples include a conceptual understanding problem, a find the missing dimension problem, base x height calculations, etc)

  • Friday: Determine the additive volume of an irregular prism using the given dimensions (Some of the dimensions will have to be determined by the student using the given information.)

Note: The file also includes a version without the daily labels.

This resource also includes a digital version with the SAME content as the printable. The digital volume review has been reformatted to horizontal and is designed for use with Google Slides.
