Weather Forecasting Video Project

In this weather forecasting project, students become meteorologists! Using what they have learned about weather, they will create a 5-day forecast that they present in a video.

What It Is

You are a meteorologist who is on assignment somewhere in the world. You are responsible for reporting the current weather and describing the local forecast for the next 5 days. A good meteorologist can simply explain what's causing the upcoming weather, and they're interesting and fun to watch!

What To Include

5-day forecast

Detailed forecast information (cloud cover, precipitation, etc.)

Reasoning behind weather

Visual aid (refer to the station models in your INB, and to actual weather forecasts)

At least one exciting weather event
