What educators are saying

This section of the unit can get tough with not a lot of material to review the vocabulary- thank you for this assignment! Gave students about 30 seconds with each picture, then had them discuss within their group, then full class discussion!

Description

This is a review game/class activity to assess student understanding of weathering, erosion, and deposition.

Students look at pictures of different types of weathering, erosion, and deposition and are asked to give information from the pictures.

They then work with a partner to complete a short writing assignment (a postcard) based on one of the pictures.

It is a great assessment tool and/or review tool.
