Writer's Workshop Conferencing Notes Template - Lucy Calkins Writing

This is something I've used for years and it really helped me stay organize to take notes! I've included individual student note taking sheet, small group, and even within the week conferencing sheet. It depends on your style and how you prefer to take notes. After doing Writer's Workshop for several years, I much prefer taking notes for individual student. It's just easy to track on what we discussed last time when I meet up with the same student again. There are even talking/teaching guideline sentences that you can use when you meet with a student too. Enjoy!
