Get your students involved with writing Linear Equations in Slope-intercept form! Students will write the Linear Equation given a Graph, given the slope and y-intercept, given the slope and a point, and given two points. There are 10 of each form given for a total of 40 questions. You can easily separate the task cards by the form for a simple way to review over that specific form given or you can use all 40 questions.

Options for using this resource:

You can print the ones with QR codes for students to check their own answers and receive immediate feedback. You could print the Task Cards without the QR codes for students to use without technology or to see what they know without checking their answers!

This can be used in Math Centers, as individual work, or as a group activity. This gets students moving and also integrates the use of technology into the classroom by scanning QR Codes to check your answer to get immediate feedback.

Solve linear equations in one variable.
Interpret the equation 𝘺 = 𝘮𝘹 + 𝘣 as defining a linear function, whose graph is a straight line; give examples of functions that are not linear. For example, the function 𝘈 = 𝑠² giving the area of a square as a function of its side length is not linear because its graph contains the points (1,1), (2,4) and (3,9), which are not on a straight line.
