What educators are saying

This has been a great way to get my 4th grade ESOL students writing paragraphs. I love that some of them have pictures of a specific item and then some of them are blank so we can choose the topic. Thanks!
This resource is outstanding!!!!! This is a very useful resource. it has helped my students plan their paragraphs. definetly a must have in any junior primary classroom.

Description

*Please note that this product is not just a worksheet you can give to your students and say "write something." A lot of modeling and whole group/small group instruction will be required to teach them how to use this tool. Brainstorming with your students and teaching them how to write complete sentences need to come from the teacher. This product is a graphic organizer that provides different topics for your student to write about, that will give them a lot of practice. It is up to the teacher to guide the instruction and set the writing expectations for his/her students. After WEEKS of whole group modeling with my students they were able to start working on their own and they were amazing.*

These cute writing organizers are just the things you need to get your class writing paragraphs. This is a great second step to my "Writing Planning Sheets and Topics" worksheets.

After my Kindergarten class practiced organizing our thoughts and using the bubble maps to make 3 sentences, we took things a step further and made a paragraph. They were such pros at writing their 3 "can", "have", and "are" sentences, that adding on 2 more was a breeze!
