• Volunteer sheet to assign groups and place the daily schedule. There are 3 versions of this form (for 4, 6, or 8 parent volunteers) and all text on the forms is editable. Give this form to your volunteers the day of the trip!
• Email swipe files- I have written all of your parent communication emails! You simply open the Word document, then copy and paste the emails you want to send. The text in red is the text you need to edit to your specific trip. Swipe files for 6 emails are included.
