TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been in the educational field for almost 6years now. I find that I learn something new about my field every year. I am slowly getting better and better at my profession. Cannot wait to see what the following year holds. It sure does fly by.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a very low beat, easy going, goal setting, high expectation and demanding teacher. I enjoy ALL of my students and have managed to build personal relationships with ALL of my classes. I enjoy Math and all that it entails. My goal is to have students not all be "A" students, but to not give up and give math a chance. I want them to not be afraid to stumble on problems, but instead, to use that to drive them to go further and try harder.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Hutchinson Leadership Award from Missouri State University.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have graduated with my Associates Degree in Business Administration. Following the birth of my daughter, I went back to school to earn my Bachelors Degree in Elem. Education. I am currently taking classes to earn my Masters in Administration.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have a wonderful husband of 7 years, 3 wonderful children, and a pretty simple, yet enjoyable life. I do not dwell on misfortunes or regrets, I cannot wait to see what the future holds and where it will take me!
