Romeo & Juliet vs West Side Story - Compare/Contrast Unit
This is a comprehensive unit on the similarities and differences between the two plays, Romeo & Juliet and West Side Story. This unit includes introductory notes, a compare/contrast booklet, and a "split-screen" art project! The plays do not come with the unit and it is recommended that you use the Scholastic Scope Readers Theaters for both plays for this lesson!

This project involved students creating a PowerPoint/Prezi that shows the main aspects of the book that they read for an independent reading project. Rubric is included.
