This is a 5 day SmartBoard lesson (although it is very thorough and took me 2 weeks to teach). The lesson was made for 5th grade CCSS 5.RL.2 and 5.RL.5, but could work for grades 4-6. There are 34 slides total and each day follows the GRR (Gradual Release of Responsibility) model--I do, we do, you do. The lesson does not include the actual text, Sees Behind Trees, but follows the text (in my students' basal).
