This PowerPoint Slideshow uses 26 rhyming poems to help students understanding the key details in a text. Students read four lines of poetry that give clues to the question: What am I?: “I am wee-wee small yet very, very strong. I am black or red and six legs longs. What am I?” The answer appears on the next slide (along with a cute drawing): “I am an ant.” Help students learn to use context clues to answer questions. Fun. Ready to go.
