So did Nancy Polette as she toured the Montgomery County Historical Society in Missouri.
As she wandered through the museum, she imagined a child of the 1800s suddenly appearing in her kitchen, at a mall, or in a classroom. How puzzled that child would be! A microwave, a blender, a cell phone, a computer, an escalator – what strange objects!

See Saw Activity: Research King Tut's Tomb
This is an activity I have used in conjunction with the See Saw classroom app during GATE/GT class. My students pull this up on their iPads in class and fill out the included research sheet with the facts they find while researching. They post it to their journals for their parents to view their research online.
Feel free to use this without the app! It includes a list of questions to help prompt their thinking about King Tut along the way.
